2. General Information
The temple was built by Morya Gosavi during the 14th Century. There are 8
statues of Lord Ganesha in the temple compound, each of the statues facing 8
different directions. The names of statues are Mayureshwar ,sri siddhi
vinayak, ballaleshwar, varadh vinayak, chintamani, girijatmaj, vigneshwara, maha
ganapathi.
