• Three buildings
• Main building is 75m high
• 90.000sqm
• Located in the centre of Malmö, Sweden
• To be ready in 2015

Europa, USA and Latin Americas
• One of the biggest construction companies in the
world
• StruSoft is a spin-off from Skanska (2002)
• The development of IMPACT started in Skanska in
1992. This year it is 20-years anniversary for IMPACT
• Skanska in Sweden has about 30 users of IMPACT, used
at their two main factories. Skanska also purchases
precast elements from other factories in Sweden

8. The Project
• The Architect - Early Design - Schmidt Hammer Lassen in Denmark
• The Architect - Detailed Design - Tengbom in Sweden
• Detailed precast drawings and structural engineering are completed
by three independent consulting companies: Prekon - Sweco –
Ramböll in Sweden and Denmark
• These consulting companies have in total 20 users of IMPACT
• The total value of this project is about 100 MUSD
• Production is 2013 -2014 to be ready in 2015
• All elements are designed and produced by Revit Structure and
IMPACT
• Main elements are Hollow Core, Solid Walls and Beams and
Columns.
