May 7 Arrival to Stockholm/Skavsta (Italian group) - Bus to Stockholm - leaves just outside the
terminal-building. You can book and pay tickets on the net, either at Flygbussarna
(www.flygbussarna.se/lang/IT.aspx?lang=EN) (appr 135Euro for 8 ad, 10 teenagers) or FlybyCoach

May 8 Stockholm
Arrival of the Romanian group to Stockholm/Arlanda late evening..hotel at Arlanda
May 9 Arlanda -Stockholm
Bus to Stockholm - leaves outside the terminal-building. You can book and pay tickets on the net at
Flygbussarna (www.flygbussarna.se). Buses are much cheaper (approx SEK1020 = 105Euro for the
group) than the train Arlanda Express.
Stockholm - Norrköping
I suggest you take the bus to Norrköping from Cityterminalen in Stockholm
(www.swebusexpress.se) (leaves at 16.45, in Norrköping 19.00, price SEK125 (students) SEK143
(adults)). There are buses earlier in the afternoon too, 13.45, 14.00, 14.05... travel time is about two
hours.
We will meet you at the bus-terminal/station in Norrköping
May 10 Opening of the meeting and celebration of Europe-day (one day late...but..). Sightseeing in
Norrköping - guided walk....
May 11, 12 Study-visits and work-groups. Presentation of work done in the groups.
May 13, 14 Going back home
Lunch is served at school (May 10 - 12).
We are planning a dinner for all participants (staff and students) and will arrange a disco for all
students of the school one evening.
We are working to find hosting families for the students and are still searching for accomodation (at
a reasonable price) for the staff - will inform you on details as soon as we are ready.
The study visits and group work will be focused on three themes:
Eco-consumption
Recycling
Energy
It would be great if you could prepare for this before the meeting - perhaps by making surveys on
those themes on a personal/domestic level and a society level (What is done in our different
societies to promote eco-consumption, recycling? What are the most used energy sources? What are
they used for? - heating, transport.... Costs for energy use?)
We will soon be back with more information on the group work.
Luisa and Felix! Is it a good idea for you to coordinate the trip from Stockholm to Norrköping? If
you think so I'd better inform the bus-company and, if possible, book a group ticket. Glad to hear
