21. Laser detector The FSL-751 VIEW Laser Detector can provide very early warning of slow smoldering fires. It uses an extremely bright laser diode, combined with special lens and mirror optics to achieve a signal-to-noise ratio that is much higher than traditional photoelectric sensors. The tightly focused light beam, combined with the intelligent sensing algorithms allow the system to differentiate between dust and smoke particles. The performance of the FSL-751 VIEW Laser detector is comparable to present aspiration technology, at a lower cost. The detector has a sensitivity that is 10 to 50 times higher than present photoelectric technology.

23. Beam detectors The FSB-200 and FSB-200S are intelligent, addressable projected beam smoke detectors for protecting open areas with high and sloping ceilings, and wide open areas, where spot-type smoke detectors are difficult to install and mantain. The FSB-200 and FSB-200S are a transmitter/receiver unit and a reflector. When smoke enters the area between the unit and the reflector, it causes a reduction in the signal strength. When the smoke level (signal strenght) reaches the predetermined threshold, an alarm is activated. The protection range is 16 to 328 feet and there are built-in isolators for Style 7 operation.
24. Beam detectors The FSB-200S has an integral sensitivity test feature in the way of a filter attached to a servomotor inside the detector optics. The servomotor of the FSB-200S must be powered by an 24 VDC external source.

26. D Series Duct Detectors The DNR Intelligent Photoelectric Smoke Duct Detector samples air currents passing through a duct and provides for the shutdown of fans, blowers, and air condition systems, preventing the spread of toxic smoke and fire gases through the protected area. Low-flow technology can detect smoke at air speed velocities of 100 to 4000 FPM. The DNRW Duct Smoke Detector is listed as a watertight enclosure providing protection against falling dirt, rain, windblown dust, splashing and hose-directed water, allowing its use in the most extreme environments. 28. D Series Duct Detectors Tamper signal generated when cover is missing or improperly installed Use a standard Intelligent smoke head (hold separately) An improved cover design isolates the sensor head from the low flow feature for simple maintenance. Require only two-wire SLC Loop for connection to smoke detector and optional addressable relay or control module . DNR Intelligent Photoelectric Smoke Duct Detector description.

31. FSD-751Duct Detector The FSL-751D High Sensivity Duct Detector provides very early warning protection for applications where there is rapidily changing air in the space, such as a computer server room, an Integrated Circuit (IC) fabrication facility and a clean room. The duct detector employs the FSL-751 Laser Smoke head, allowing it to be set to extremely high sensivity, and giving it the ability to reject false alarm signals caused by larger airborne particles such as dust, lint and small insects. FSL-751D: It can detect smoke at air speed velocities from 300 to 4000 feet per minute.
