As an interactive voice response system (IVRS), Saaz-o-Awaaz does not require GPRS (general packet radio service) or WAP (wireless application protocol) capabilities. Users may choose either a subscription or
pay-as-you-go service plan to access an
extensive song library. While listening to
music, customers can access the song
navigation menu to transfer their favorite
songs to a personal album.

4.  Saaz-o-Awaaz also allows subscribers to
interact with their contacts via the service.
During a song, customers can press 1 to
prompt an IVRS menu allowing them to
dedicate a song to a friend. After a
subscriber submits a contact’s phone
number, the contact will receive a phone
call that plays the selected song.
Additionally, customers can select songs to
be played as caller ringback tones.
