16. HOW DO WE MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
#1 – Put X’s on your open time on your calendar
• If you do not have any time, something must come
off your „to do‟ list or you cannot take on another
task.
• Do you have too many meetings/events?
• Are you spending too much time on calls and email?
• STUDY: If you e-mail as the 1st task in the morning,
you are diminishing your short-term memory and
are unfocused for the day!

#2 - Have a “creativity meeting” two times a
month.
• STUDY: People are most creative at 4 p.m.
contrary to many meetings that are usually held first
thing in the morning!
#3 – Doing it ALL only gets you… More work!
• It is far better to do certain things extraordinarily
well then to do everything with no real extraordinary
results.
