Toast
Toast–Recipe
                                                   INGREDIENTS:
                              •     4 pieces of bread (preferably multigrain stale)
                                                      •    2 eggs
                                        •    about 3 / 4 szklaki milk (0.5%)
                          •    approximately 50g blue cheese (Rokpol, Dor Blue, etc.)
                                              •     salt, white pepper
                                                     •    sprouts
                                      •    clarified butter (or sunflower oil)
                                                •      PREPARATION:
•    Mix milk and eggs, add a pinch of salt and popieprz. The more stale bread, the more you give the milk to
    eggs. Dip pieces of bread in the egg mass and Hold until some wpiją no milk. Arrange toast in a pan on the
      hot butter. After the roll-over on the other side of the cheese and sprinkle broken at the end of frying
                            Cover the lid - then melt the cheese nicely.salt, white pepper
                                                     •    sprouts

                                                •      PREPARATION:
