Vi förändrade Omegapoints säljarbete från traditionell enskilt arbetande key account/account manager till en säljgrupp som präglas av intensivare samarbete, tätare kommunikation, snabbare resultat och mycket roligare arbetsdag - i linje med de agila värderingarna. På vägen granskades och reviderades många gamla vanor vilket bland annat ledde till att vi även bytte till en kollektiv lönemodell för säljgruppen. Idag arbetar vi med täta säljmöten och strukturerar arbetet kring en säljtavla med värdeökningsflöde av kanban-typ. Talare är Anna-Clara Bergman från Omegapoint AB
