I worked as the Enterprise architect and business analyst on key systems & projects for the IT department
including (Billing, Mediation, Revenue assurance, Provisioning, CRM). Creation of key Business Design deliverables
such as Business Requirements documentation, Business Process Modelling documentation, RFP, project plans, PAT,
UAT and reports. Design and oversight the solution architecture and process flow for billing and mediation
