I 'm delighted to inform you that the course was very successful. We had 8 delegates
(2 from Sudan, one from Tunisia and 5 from Egypt). We managed to take all of them
through this technically demanding operation. Each delegate managed to assist and
operate under supervision. We operated 14 patients over 5 days, also the scientific
was also very successful. We are in the process of launching April course. The
forthcoming course will include Redo parathyroidectomy as well as a future evolution
of the course. We will offer ISN Africa members 2 places as an appreciation of ISN
support.

Dear Prof Benghanem
It is a great pleasure for us to offer a member of ISN-Africa a place on the
forthcoming course as an appreciation of its support. We have applicants from Sudan
and Egypt and only one place left. As you know, this course is "hands on" where
surgeons learn the technique and would be able to operate under the supervision of
experienced faculty member.
The course will be held in Mansoura fro 25/10 to 30/10. Enclosed a copy of the
