2. Where going too break down our time
management into six different slots:
- Effective Planning
- Setting goals and objectives
- Setting deadlines
- Delegation of responsibilities
- Prioritizing activities as per their importance
- Spending the right time on the right activity
3. Time Management refers to managing time
effectively so that the right time is allocated to the
right activity. Effective time management allows
individuals to assign specific time slots to activities as
per their importance. Time Management refers to
making the best use of time as time is always limited.
4. The Production schedule was made in order to help
set out the work load to different people in the group.
We evenly divided up the work in order to ease the
work load. It also helped us become more organised
as we were able to distinguish who was assigned to
which task.
5. We will be making a brainstorm to help write
down our initial ideas and where these ideas
could potentially lead too. We have planned
to visually show the brainstorm on our blog for
a reference if we have any new ideas pop up
that we can later use.
6. As the editor I will be using school time to do the
editing of the film meanwhile the director and
camera person do the written work. I believe that it is
vital for the directors view of the editing. I would work
near by in order to get a second opinion. However for
the sound we will work together on the film in school.
To keep up the pace with my written work I’ll spend
my time outside of school to finish my work.
7. As the script will be created, we will walk through it
and act it out. This helped us notice any problems
which may occur during the final filming. We also
decide to act it out in the location which will be used
in order to see if any problems will occur with the
location.
8. We will do test shooting in order to help polish our final
plans for the film. With this we will also improve the
script and the shots that would be taken through this
method if we find any problems during this stage. We
will also do this to become familiar with the
equipment instead of using it for the first time when
where doing our final shoot.
9. The schedule will be used to help us become more
organised as a group and help save time. With the
film schedule we will be able to determine how much
time we would be using during our filming and how
much time left if we wanted to improve something in
the final stages.
