Basic introduction to Tumblr.
Briefly describe how to create a “Tumblog.”
Provide a website where you can view the
links and slides that are presented today.
For those with prior computer experience
and an accessible email account time will
be provided to create a Tumblr account.
4. The Tumblr Bookmarklet
Tumblr has a “Share on Tumblr”
bookmarklet that you can install to your
web browser’s bookmarks bar.
After you’ve installed the bookmarklet
you simply click it to create a Tumblr
post filled with the information
contained on that web page.
5. Some of Tumblr’s best
features:
The ability to queue posts so that your
followers always have something to read.
Informally ask questions and receive
answers from your followers.
Immediately and simultaneously post to
multiple social media accounts, like
Twitter and Facebook.
Talk to celebrities and businesses that
have Tumblr accounts and sometimes
have them respond.

On the top right of most people’s tumblog you will see
a follow button like the one above. If you’re signed in
all you have to do is click on the follow button to be
able to see that person’s posts every time they post.

Please note that not all Tumblr posts can
be reblogged… but most can.

right and post as normal.
