Dear AIESEC members, 
On the 11 November 2014, AIESEC Stockholm has an election night. Currently there are 
two VP positions that are availble in the Executive Board of AIESEC Stockholm 2014. 
The two positions are for 
•Talent Management (TM) 
•Incoming Exchange (ICX) 
The night of the 11th, the voting power comes from all non-board members. That means 
the current VPs have no voting rights and only members can elect the two new VPs. 
Therefore we hope that ALL of you can make it to election night the 11 November 2014. 
YOU have the power. Make sure to use it! 
TIME: 18.00 – 21.00 
PLACE: CAFÉ BOJAN, STOCKHOLM UNIVERSITY 
(NOBELHUSET)

Election night procedure 
During the election night, candidates are expected to: 
 Present themselves as a candidate and why you are applying (5 minutes) 
 Present your strategy and vision for the functional area you are applying 
to (5 minutes) 
 Take part in a Q&A session from the members and invited 
alumni/externals together with the other running candidates (45 minutes) 
 Deliver a closing speech (2 minutes) 
Afterwards, we will head downstairs for a mingle in Bojan’s bar.
