OVERVIEW OF MEASURES OF SUCCESS
DELIVERING EXCHANGE EXPERIENCES ICX & OGX RESULTS AND PIPELINE
OVERALL EXCHANGE RESULTS Exchange Realisations
ICX RESULTS IN 2010/2011 Incoming Exchange Realisations In 2010,  AIESEC UNSW realised 8 TNs in Australia. This was the most LC realisations across the country. We aim to maintain the position as the highest achieving LC in 2011.
ICX PARTNERSHIPS & PIPELINE In 2011,  AIESEC UNSW has re-raised the partnership with Google raising a further 4 TT TNs with 3 to be realised in Q1 and Q2 of 2011/2012.  ,[object Object],There has been a significant increase in the levels of TN and TN taker satisfaction largely due to our tailored pricing strategy, company relationship management and higher levels of activities in intern servicing.  With 53 prospected companies, there is a strong pipeline of 3 new potential raises with RSPCA, Diversity Consulting and Dimension Data.  It is promising that RSPCA will be raised this July.
OGX RESULTS IN 2010/2011 Outgoing Exchange Realisations In 2010,  AIESEC UNSW realised 36 EPs in Australia. This was the most LC realisations across the country and within the history AIESEC Australia.  We aim to maintain the position as the highest achieving LC in 2011.
OGX GROWTH & PIPELINE Continual growth in OGX results were largely due to: 2 OGX teams with different regional focuses 1 MAC team directly supporting OGX activities LC-LC partnerships with 8 themed products offering pre-matched exchanges in Ghana, Togo, Taiwan, Indonesia and The Philippines Maintaining faculty partnerships with the Australian School of Business and the Faculty of Arts and Social Science Larger on campus presence through participation in the UNSW Careers Expo and Volunteers Expo Left to right: AIESEC UNSW at the UNSW Careers Expo, Diana Wang (current ICX member) and Angelique Kumar (current OGX member) on exchange in Indonesia
X+L  AND LEADERSHIP ROLES Leadership

DEVELOPING LEADERS 	In 2010, seven executive leadership positions were realised.  	As of 2011,  a further seven leadership positions were created external to the executive board.  Of these seven, two are newly raised EPs demonstrating a X+L pipeline.

MEMBERSHIP RESULTS & EXCHANGE EFFICIENCY
MEMBERSHIP In the calendar year of 2011, myaiesec.net says AIESEC UNSW has 101 numbers. This is comprised of members and EPs from both AIESEC UNSW and AIESEC Macquarie.  AIESEC UNSW currently has 39 functional members. Of this, 7 are returned EPs from 2010 and 2 are newly raised EPs for 2011 realisation.
MEMBERSHIP EXCHANGE EFFICIENCY AIESEC UNSW currently has a member to exchange ratio of 1.08:1.  We will aim to achieve a ratio of 1:1 by the end of 2011.
SUSTAINABILITY IN ICX GROWTH AIESEC UNSW has re-raised the partnership with Google Australia with 1 realisation and 3 in the pipeline.  This represents 4 TN realisations for 2011. This will now be a recurring partnership for AIESEC UNSW.  ,[object Object],[object Object]
SUSTAINABILITY IN OGX GROWTH In Semester 1 2011, AIESEC UNSW has ran 2 MRBs and raised 14 EPs. This shows remarkable growth from a year ago.  Renewal of LC-LC partnerships:  AIESEC Legon in Ghana (since 2009) AIESEC UNAND in Indonesia, AIESEC UPD in The Philippines AIESEC BUCURESTI in Romania  Marketing and Communications have a number of scheduled events for Semester 2 2011 to promote exchange. AIESEC UNSW will have presence at the UNSW O-Day, Welcome Back Day and Foundation Day as well as the UNSW Volunteers Expo. AIESEC UNSW will also be running weekly information stalls, information sessions and a “Leadership & Exchange” event on campus.
IMPLEMENTING MIDDLE MANAGEMENT 	The role of the Events Management Team Leader is to overlook a team of new EPs to organise MRBs and events for EPs. This not only integrates EPs into AIESEC but creates a healthy pipeline for future EP reintegration and X+L.
SUPPORTING EXCHANGE GROWTH
HOSTING AIESEC MACQUARIE 	This year,  AIESEC UNSW has agreed to host AIESEC Macquarie.  AIESEC UNSW will be supporting AIESEC Macquarie with a stronger focus in ICX to gain full membership status by January 2012.

  • 5. ICX RESULTS IN 2010/2011 Incoming Exchange Realisations In 2010, AIESEC UNSW realised 8 TNs in Australia. This was the most LC realisations across the country. We aim to maintain the position as the highest achieving LC in 2011.

  • 7. OGX RESULTS IN 2010/2011 Outgoing Exchange Realisations In 2010, AIESEC UNSW realised 36 EPs in Australia. This was the most LC realisations across the country and within the history AIESEC Australia. We aim to maintain the position as the highest achieving LC in 2011.

  • 11. DEVELOPING LEADERS In 2010, seven executive leadership positions were realised. As of 2011, a further seven leadership positions were created external to the executive board. Of these seven, two are newly raised EPs demonstrating a X+L pipeline.

  • 15. MEMBERSHIP In the calendar year of 2011, myaiesec.net says AIESEC UNSW has 101 numbers. This is comprised of members and EPs from both AIESEC UNSW and AIESEC Macquarie. AIESEC UNSW currently has 39 functional members. Of this, 7 are returned EPs from 2010 and 2 are newly raised EPs for 2011 realisation.
  • 16. MEMBERSHIP EXCHANGE EFFICIENCY AIESEC UNSW currently has a member to exchange ratio of 1.08:1. We will aim to achieve a ratio of 1:1 by the end of 2011.

  • 18. SUSTAINABILITY IN OGX GROWTH In Semester 1 2011, AIESEC UNSW has ran 2 MRBs and raised 14 EPs. This shows remarkable growth from a year ago. Renewal of LC-LC partnerships: AIESEC Legon in Ghana (since 2009) AIESEC UNAND in Indonesia, AIESEC UPD in The Philippines AIESEC BUCURESTI in Romania Marketing and Communications have a number of scheduled events for Semester 2 2011 to promote exchange. AIESEC UNSW will have presence at the UNSW O-Day, Welcome Back Day and Foundation Day as well as the UNSW Volunteers Expo. AIESEC UNSW will also be running weekly information stalls, information sessions and a “Leadership & Exchange” event on campus.
  • 19. IMPLEMENTING MIDDLE MANAGEMENT The role of the Events Management Team Leader is to overlook a team of new EPs to organise MRBs and events for EPs. This not only integrates EPs into AIESEC but creates a healthy pipeline for future EP reintegration and X+L.
  • 21. HOSTING AIESEC MACQUARIE This year, AIESEC UNSW has agreed to host AIESEC Macquarie. AIESEC UNSW will be supporting AIESEC Macquarie with a stronger focus in ICX to gain full membership status by January 2012.
