 The first scientific study of nonverbal
communication was Charles Darwin's book “The
Expression of the Emotions in Man and Animals”. He
argued that all mammals reliably show emotion in
their faces.
 Studies now range across a number of fields,
including, body movement analysis , linguistics,
semiotics and kinesics .
It is estimated we can make and recognize around
250,000 facial expressions.

4. First impression is the last impression
Our facial communication is the first communication
which is non verbal so it is responsible for our first
impression on another person.
It also includes clothing , posture , gesture, eye
contact and body language.
