1. Patient Name: ASIF
LIVER: is normal in size (13.2cm), shape and echotexture. No evidence of any focal
mass lesion is seen. The intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated. Portal vein is of
normal calibre.
GALL BLADDER: is normally distended. No evidence of any calculi or mass is seen.
The gall bladder wall thickness is within normal limits. CBD is normal in appearance.
PANCREAS: is normal in size, shape and reflectivity. No evidence of any focal lesion or
peri-pancreatic collection is seen.
SPLEEN: is normal in size, shape and reflectivity. It measures 8.8cm.
KIDNEYS: Both the kidneys are normal in size and shape. They show normal
parenchymal reflectivity and CM differentiation. No evidence of any mass lesion is
seen. Multiple calculi seen in the right kidney, largest measuring 7mm and
hydronephrosis is seen on the right side. Right kidney measures 9.4 x 4.6(in cms) Left
kidney measures: 9.6 x 5.4(in cms)
No ascitis seen. No nodal enlargement noted.
BLADDER: is normally distended and appears normal.
PROSTATE: is normal in size and measures 13.4cc in volume/weight (in grams). It is
normal in appearance on perabdominal scan. The seminal vesicles are normal.
