Call Time: 10.30-13.00
Title of shoot: Masquerade
Theme: Mysterious, Disguise, Forest.
The aim of this photoshoot will be to capture images that convey a sense of mystery and darkness. The idea of having the photoshoot in
the forest is because it is perceived as quite a dark and scary place and therefore placing my model in those surroundings will hopefully
convey those emotions and feelings to the audience. My energy drink is called Masquerade and the unique selling point of this drink is that
it is a high class energy drink that leaves you feeling masked and confident. Therefore I would like to convey this in my photoshoot by
making my model look very high class and powerful.
Location of shoot: Priestley College performance hall which has been transformed into a forest.
Meeting point: The college reception
Wardrobe: Black over the top long dress, and a mask. I have three colour masks (green, red and white) and I am going to experiment with
them all to see which I prefer.
Hair and make up: The model has long curly hair and I am going to put it up so that her face is defined and we can see her face although I
will try some photographs with her hair down.
Props: The only prop that I have is included in the costume (mask) however I may ask her to use it as a prop, as trial and error to see if
anything good comes from it.
Necessary Kit: Cannon EOS 500D, and a tripod. There are already stage lights in the space I am going to take the photographs.
