9.    Do the chores you don’t like to do (ironing, …)
10.   Don't bother, go party
11.   Drive during the night
12.   Eat a potaje for dinner
13.   Eat ice cream

15.   Go to the beach, get a break
16.   Go to the cinema, watch a foreign film that cannot be understood
17.   Look for solutions at Venture Lab
18.   Memorize the Dictionary. One letter each day.
19.   Read boring books in bed
20.   Read fairytales (or better, find someone to read you some)
21.   Read lists of 100 solutions for your problem
22.   Read this list over and over… and try the 1st idea, then the 2nd
      and so on!
23.   Run 2 hours and finish at least 3 hours before going to bed
24.   Smoke hash before getting to bed
25.   Try to write a book, you may not sleep, but could get rich
26.   Volunteer for sleep studies

Change your enviroment
29.   Don't have kids

57.   Sleep more often

Find external help
59. Ask someone (Mom or Dad ;-) to cuddle you as when you were a
    baby (it worked then).
60. Ask your partner if she / he wants “mambo”… (you may not sleep
    for a while afterwards, but you’ll have fun for a while)
61. Call a doctor
62. Find a sleepless association
63. Get a medicine
64. Get a psychologist
65. Get hypnotized
66. Get the drugs that they prescribe

75.   Don't think, concentrate on the sound of your heart

79. Don't think, watch TV (wildlife documentaries in a foreign language
    are trerrific!)
80. Follow a pendulum
81. Forget about it... you don't sleep, so what?
82. Forget about sleep as something you must do for several hours in
    a row. Instead, split it along the day: 15 minutes micro-naps all day
    long will do the same!
83. Practice Zen
84. Pray. You may not fall into sleep, but will be saved.
85. Pretend that you are sleeping, no one will notice
86. Refrain from any intellectual activity
87. Relaaaaaaaaaaax

96. Try to recall a long, sad poem
97. Try to recall the list of roman emperors
98. Whatever happens, keep your eyes shut
99. Wish it and look for a shooting star
