Candidates should have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate
effective managerial and supervisor skills. They must be leaders in
safety and have the ability to promote a first class safety culture within
their team. They should also be an effective communicator and able to
demonstrate effective coaching and mentoring skills in order to share
their knowledge, experience and facilitate learning for their colleagues.
Project, new build and commissioning experience will be advantageous,
as will a good working knowledge of cyber based drilling equipment.
