User rating – Explicit / Implicit Explicit user rating , with a like button and implicit rating by recording user reading habits.

5. Improved Retrieval methodology A more efficient PhpCode – Faster with built in SQLlite functions. Controlled with an Admin backend interface. User defined News Websites for News retrieval. Implementing search keywords and tags from Social Networking websites.

6. User Preferences based Filtering Tags – Each news assigned with keyword tags which define it. Explicit Rating – A “Like” button which would help the system know what type of News concerns the user. Implicit Rating – Keeping a record of what the user reads.

7. Case Study News Details – Once the user clicks the Headline. What the different sources reporting. Possibilities – News timeline. What the people talking about the news on Facebook / Twitter. Images from different sources. (Idea still under development.)
