it's critical to find purpose, passion and love for
your work, because for most people work life
balance is not possible! Be aware of the need
to unplug from the technology that keeps you
tied to work in your home and family time.
Exercise more . Sleep - at least 7 hours if you
can - you need it to recuperate. Take regular
breaks at work - it's a paradox but we actually
achieve more when we take regular short
breaks. Relax, see friends, eat well, have
regular holidays and laugh a lot! You will live
longer and be more productive.
