Design Managers, we bridge the gap.
Our goal, as creative leaders, is to foster innovative ideation through the
implementation of design principles and strategic thought. We strive
to synchronize individuals of corporate culture, those who commonly
misunderstand one another, in order to cultivate creativity and design. We are
facilitators of creative teams. Teams made of players in and outside of the art
and design industries. We act as liaisons among “entities”, embodying the role
of “communicator” for internalized creative ideas; the realized and unrealized.
We excite and cultivate innate knowledge and skill, grow the potential and

Future aspirations ensue roles of Strategic Management by way of Design
Thinking. Such thinking entails approaching business tasks as wicked problems
which are solved to enhance human life, relationships, and ecology. To solve such
problems thorough research, ideation, and implementation of iterative design
processes are undertaken; of which to achieve, innovative and cutting edge
human focused solutions for a quickly evolving and user centered economy. I am
an advocate for design, passionately pursuing a career approaching business as
