Radio Frequency identification (RFID) is an upcoming technology
used for human / inventory identification.
Typically, a RFID infrastructure is created inside the store. The RFID
inlay is embedded in the loyalty cards.
As soon as a privileged/loyal customer walks in any of the store, the
details of the customer is displayed on the computer with the
photograph.
The sales staff then immediately recognizes the customer & greets
them with a personal touch, making them comfortable and feel
privileged resulting in better service and customer satisfaction.
The system is scalable to all the locations and even if the customer is
visiting a store for the first time gets the same personalized and
privileged treatment.
