Games, 2016.

Opening Ceremony: August 5
Closing Ceremony: August 21
The 2016 Olympic program has 28 sports and a total of 41 disciplines.
It is expected that more than 10,500 athletes from over 200 countries around the
world to participate in Rio Olympic Games 2016.
The logo has three figures in yellow, green and blue as the flag of Brazil, joined his
arms and in a triple hug. The logo is based on four concepts:
• Contagious energy.
• Harmonious diversity.
• Exuberant nature.
• Olympic spirit.

All sports will be played in the city of Rio De Janeiro, with sports infrastructures in alls
cities: in Deodoro, Marana, Copacabana and Barra.
All infrastructures will be connected by means of transport of high capacity.
Now we can see the infrastructures in the city of Barra.
This place there are large areas of trainings and a private beach for athletes
Barra will have about 50% of competitions.

In Deodoro we will have the infrastructures of ……….
Deodoro have the Radical Park, a infrastructure where the tests will be make like
mountain bike, BMX and boating.
Maracana contains the Olympic Stadium which is called Joao Havalange where the
athletics competitions are played. Near of this is Maracana stadium where football will
be play and the opening and closing ceremonies will be made. Here is the stadium
called Maracananzinho where volleyball will be played. Archery and the arrival and
departure of the marathon will be make in the Sambadrome, where carnival is
celebrated.
In Copacabana sailing events will be make at the Marina Glory. Along the Guanabara
baiha we could see cycling, running marathon and race walk. In the sands of
Copacabana will be play beach volleyball and near we could see triathlon and
swimming marathon. Rowing and kayaking were made at the feet of Christ on
Corcovado.
