    bacon, sausages,
    fried bread,
    mushrooms and
    baked beans all
    washed down with
    a cup of coffee.

 A continental
    breakfast is a small
    meal and is not
    cooked; for example,
    a bread roll or
    croissant with
    cheese or ham and a
    cup of coffee. The
    most common drinks
at this time of day are
    orange juice or a cup
    of breakfast tea.
Brunch
 The meal usually involves
    standard breakfast foods such
    as eggs, sausages, bacon,

 However, it can include almost
any other type of food served
    throughout the day: meat or
    poultry, seafood, smoked fish,
salads, soups or desserts of all
    types.
 Often, however, the term
    brunch is headed more
    towards breakfast than lunch.
Lunch

 Children at school and adults at work will
have a 'packed lunch'. This typically
consists of a sandwich, a packet of crisps,
