Company Overview
Rolling Stone Pub & Resto is a restaurant that provides unique food with cow tongues as its
specialty. In 10 years Rolling Stones has grown from a small student canteen into billion
rupiah operation. Now Rolling Stones Pub & Resto is no longer located in student’s area but
has moved to a strategic place in the center of the city.
The customer profile can be differentiated into two segments, the first one is the wholesale
customers, which are companies who contract the restaurant to prepare lunch for their
employees, and the second one is retail customers who come to the restaurant. In the
weekdays many customers who coming to the restaurant are working people who enjoy their
lunch with their customers or friends. And in the weekend, families are dominating the
number of customers.
It is projected that the restaurant will still be growing rapidly in the coming years.
Business Situation
Phenomenal growth also meant its ability to manage business processes was soon
outstripped. During busy periods, when problem occurred in orders and delivery processes, it
was often unable to identify and isolate the issue. This often led to poor customer service and
in the end decreased the revenue of the Restaurant.
From a system point of view, nothing is tied together. The restaurant was running pieces of
different software to handle all the functions in its business. There were so many drawbacks

Implementation
