4. AIRPORT HANDLING
Airports handling commercial air travel.
The check-in is normally handled by
an airline itself or a handling agent working
on behalf of an airline. Passengers usually
hand over any baggage that they do not wish
or are not allowed to carry on to
the aircraft's cabin and receive a boarding
pass before they can proceed to board their
aircraft.
5. AIRPORT HANDLING
Passenger identity registration
Baggage registration
Seating registration
Online check-in
Mobile check-in
Gate/Lounge check-in
Change of reservations
Premium check-in and lounge access
9. Airport Operation
Airports are getting busier all the time. They need
to continuously improve their business results
while increasing their capacity and streamlining
their activities by:
Proactively controlling their real-time
operations
Implementing robust and efficient operational
planning
Enabling systems integration and collaboration
Investing in flexible systems and agile solutions
10. Airport Operation
Flight Operations
Flight Operations maximize crew and flight plan management, minimizing
costs without compromising security.
Specifically, Flight Operations:
Addresses business, operational and safety needs of all stakeholders
involved in flight operations (pilot and cabin staff, dispatchers, air traffic
controllers, etc.)
Simplifies flight operations by delivering services that integrate critical
applications with data linking - effectively extending the application into the
aircraft cockpit
A unique combination of applications to support flight operations with a
global network, providing links via satellite and VHF radio to aircraft
computers
Combines software solutions with industry best practices to maximize
asset utilization
Minimizes costs without compromising security
Delivers real-time data exchange with aircraft and crew worldwide
13. Baggage Operation
Baggage Operation has been developed to significantly reduce
mishandled baggage and, as a result, decrease costs, improve on-
time departures, enhance security and improve passenger
satisfaction.
Based in over 200 countries around the world and supported by
state-of-the-art operational and monitoring systems, their role is to
ensure solutions run with enhanced operational reliability and
efficiency.
Baggage helps to ensure the fastest and most efficient
throughput of bags - from flight to flight, airline to airline, and
airport to airport.
Baggage Operation uses highly redundant IP-based global links
to direct, track and trace passenger baggage throughout the
journey - from check-in to final destination. This saves valuable
time and money.
Baggage Operation is used by more than 100 airports and 450
airlines worldwide.
15. Communications
Communications Airports helps our network infrastructure:
Ensure a safe and secure space, while allowing
passengers and operators to move freely around the airport
Optimize collaboration between airport stakeholders to
improve efficiency and reduce costs
Offer high-availability services, including mission-critical
infrastructure and systems
Increase non-aeronautical revenue to boost profitability
provides a wide portfolio of products and services to
meet airport's requirements, including:
Network access and shared physical infrastructure
(Airport Hub, Wireless Airports, e-Aircraft, AirportLink, Wi-
Fi products)
16. Communications
Mobility solutions and mobile radio communications Voice and
Convergence
Airports comes in four models, allowing to match our specific
sourcing processes and plans. These models cover a range of
requirements - from new-build terminals and technology refresh to
out-tasking and greater mobility.
Airports offers integration capabilities, managed services and out
sourcing, and commercialization opportunity.

Network support,
Vendor management
Service management.
Infrastructure Management is built on three differentiators:
Customized pricing models
Simplified operations
Facilitated access to innovation
Any product or service from Communications & Infrastructure Solutions portfolio can
be offered as a component of this tailored solution. When the solution involves
services that are not in the portfolio, will work with to identify the best third-party
suppliers to ensure a fully integrated solution. also be able to access leading products
through with specific suppliers.
