This summers, Techbuddy Consulting under the banner of its service GyanBuddy, has
introduced a unique Summer training programme for the students that would provide
students with professional work experience that creates a bridge between their classroom
experiences and possible career choices. This document contains all the details about the
programme.

4) Eligibility

1) The student should preferably belong to one of the following branches of
engineering at a Technical Institution: Computer Science, IT, Electronics,
Mechanical.
2) The student should have cleared the 2nd or the 3rd year of engineering.
3) The student should have a good academic and disciplinary track record.
4) In case, the student wants to submit his project at his institute after the completion
of project, he would need to give us an authorization letter from his Institute stating
the requirement of the same from the student.

5) How to Apply & Selection Procedure

1) The student has to submit his resume along with the application in a prescribed
format available on our website
www.gyanbuddy.com
2) The student has to send us through courier or physical delivery, a DD of Rs 500/-
in favour of “Techbuddy Consulting Pvt. Ltd.”, payable at Udaipur. The purpose of
this fee is to invite only serious applicants & it is refundable in case the student is
not selected for the programme or would be adjusted in the total fee for the
selected students.

3) The selection would be based on the complete track record of the student
including his previous projects and internships along with the academic record.
4) The selected students would be intimated via email and phone call as soon as the
application is processed.
5) Once selected, the student has to deposit the complete fee by cheque or DD
within 7 days of receiving the call letter, after which their candidature would
stand, cancelled.
6) The student will have to sign a contract with Techbuddy Consulting accepting the
following terms and conditions.
7) He would be allowed to choose his preferred location only after the signing of
this contract which would be allotted only on the basis of availability.

1) A 4-6 weeks comprehensive & live industry project based customized training
programme which covers topics related to the specific engineering branches.
2) The complete programme is delivered by our eminent GyanBearers or the highly
prominent faculty panel of TechBuddy including professors from IITs and IIMs, &
from foreign Universities such as University of California, Cornell, Duke, etc.
3) Certificates after the completion of project, issued by Techbuddy Consulting Pvt.
Ltd., would be in collaboration with a well known industry, & would also be duly
attested by the eminent programme faculties.
4) The students work for around 5 days per week and participate in meetings, tours and
other activities designed to broaden their perspective towards professional
environment.

2) The above discounts are not cumulative, and only the case of maximum would be

4) The fee includes only the cost of complete course curriculum, industrial visits &
sightseeing as mentioned in this document, while boarding, lodging, transportation,
etc. could be arranged on request on payment basis.

11) Terms and conditions
1) Complete Fee once paid, would not be refunded in any case. Only the amount of Rs
500/- collected initially would be refunded to non selected students.
2) The student has to abide by our strict disciplinary rules and regulations while
pursuing his/her internship.
3) Security & safety of students outside our study centre would not be a responsibility
of Techbuddy Consulting.
4) Though, we may recommend some locations for boarding and lodging, it would be a
sole responsibility of the student.

5) If given a pre placement offer, the student should get it ratified from his institute
authorities and would have to submit his transcripts before the final offer is made.
6) All the courses and faculties mentioned above and the study material issued by
them, including the project reports made by the students during the internship,
would be the sole property of Techbuddy Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be
reproduced or sold in any manner without the prior written permission from
Techbuddy Consulting.
7) While we aim at delivering a customized student oriented programme, the final
choice of courses and faculties are solely at the discretion of Techbuddy Consulting.
8) The selection and rejection of the students will be a decision of Techbuddy
Consulting and its authorities. Similarly, Techbuddy possess the right to expel
without explanation, any student during the commencement of the course for any
activity of misconduct, in discipline or the breach of this contract.
9) While the student can exercise his choice of study centre, Techbuddy Consulting
possess the right to allot a study centre as per the decision of the administration.
10) The student should abide strictly by the timings and schedule of the programme.
11) The student shall indemnify Techbuddy and hold it harmless against any losses,
claims, damages or liabilities to which it may become subject, arising in any manner
out of or in connection with the rendering of above service.
12) Techbuddy has the right to cancel any study centre before the commencement of
the programme before the students exercise their choices.
13) The terms and conditions are subject to alteration.
