New / Upcoming Launches – Feb 2014
Most of the new launches in Bangalore in February 2014 have been of smaller size
(<250 units). Supertech, a key builder in North, entered southern markets by launching
MiCasa a project of 224 units in North Bangalore. Bluejay enterprise launched Nine
Forum, a villa project near electronic city at 15,000 per sq ft at a very high premium to
market average of 6,600 per sq ft for villas in electronics city.
