The AIESEC GREENeration Y International Carbon Reduction Competition is a perfect avenue for YOU to voice out your concerns about enviromental sustainability to different corporate partners, NGOs and government authorities. The competition boasts of competition from youth all around the WORLD , and with the grand finale being held in Hongkong! WHAT YOU NEED TO DO All you have to do is to form a team of 2-3 (aged 25 or below as of 14th March 2010) from the same or different schools or faculties to submit a 2-3 minute video about “How young people can act green personally?” The content can be any youth action that contributes to combating climate change directly or indirectly, ranging from green lifestyle to social projects and the format is unlimited. Qualified teams will write a proposal on carbon reduction strategy for assigned SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) and present their case during the “GREENeration Y” Global Youth Summit in Hong Kong in early June . The 4-day conference will engage various NGOs, business sectors, HKSAR government and universities and include corporate business training by the World Wide Fund , Hong Kong Business Environment Council and KPMG on running green business and project!
