This is a popular clothing store that draws you
in with its offers and “SALE” signs. It presents
its name in bold red color.
Environment
The store is filled with colorful clothes that
attracts me in. The ceiling is about 2.5 meters
high with bright lights highlighting the place.
The surrounding is quite noisy because the
shop is next to the food court and its pretty
crowded too.
Employees & Customers
There aren’t enough salespeople to handle
the crowd, but they do help a lot. The
salespeople are young Filipino women wearing
Aeropostale T-shirts. The customers in the
shop are not more than 40 years old and most
of them are in pairs .
Products
There is a central display table which displays
the new stock at the entrance. Almost 70% of

The store doesn’t exactly draw me in but
many kids are attracted by the fancy toys and
gifts. The sign lettering is displayed in
contrasting colors.
Environment
The main color scheme is yellow and violet. It
has normal flooring and the ceiling is about 2
meters high fitted with cameras to ensure the
products aren’t damaged. The store is very
close to the food court and you can smell the
ice cream from Baskin Robins.
Personnel
There are just two salespeople attending as
there are not many customers. I like to stay
in the store for a long time looking at the
creative greeting cards.
Products
The Gifts and Cards are arranged neatly in
shelves according to their type and color.

This is one of the hot-shot stores of the mall.
Everyone is attracted by the branded products.
The entrance just has its iconic logo.
Environment
The store is brightly lit featuring its latest
products. The floor is designed in stylish pattern.
Personnel
There is a security guard right at the entrance.
There are employees who look ready to help you
as soon as you enter the store.
Products
All products are at eye level and they are sorted
by color. The items for sale are displayed right in
the front.
Customers
Most customers are alone, all below the age of
30.
Not everyone is here to buy a product, they are
mostly just looking at the products for about 20
minutes.
5. Before I enter
There is a huge WELCOME sign in from and the
place is currently decorated for Eid.
Environment
This big hypermarket is crowded with people
purchasing their daily grocery. The entrance
has a row of 50 cashiers. It takes an hour to do
the normal shopping due to its vast area.
Personnel
The salespeople(mostly Filipinos) wear a red T-
shirt and help you when in need.
Products
Currently the store has Halloween costumes
and products displayed in front which grabs
your attention. Near new stocks of
food, (chocolates, biscuits) there are samples
for you to try.
Customers
There are all types and combinations of
customers including families, pairs, singles etc.
Around 99% of the customers seem to be on a

In all stores, there was something new that I wouldn’t
have noticed if I hadn’t seen the stores with a
traveler's mind.
