Trotz ungünstiger Umsatzentwicklung im
deutschen Einzelhandel „brummt“ der Re-
tailmarkt.
land. Der Nachfragedruck ist immens. Doch die Anleger er-
warten zunächst Marktinformationen und exzellente Bera-
tung, bevor sie einen Vertrag abschließen.
Atisreal Retail Services bietet Ihnen professionelle Dienst-
fen in Deutschland.
bericht verfasst. Darüber hinaus steht das gesamte Team von
Atisreal Retail Services gern persönlich zu Ihrer Verfügung.
Damit auch Ihr Geschäft „brummt“!
Ihr

Despite the unfavourable development of
turnover in German retailing, the retail prop-
erty market is thriving. Traders continue
unabated to seek expansion. The rental mar-
ket for store premises in city centres and local
district locations with high pedestrian fre-
quencies is lively, but also more short-lived:
new store concepts are being developed all the time and so
retailers change their minds frequently about exactly what
they want. To let shop premises successfully, you definitely
have to be on the ball!
The market for retail investments is also on the move. More
and more capital from the Anglo-Saxon countries, and also
from Scandinavia, Spain and Israel, is being pumped into
Germany, against the background of low yields in the coun-
tries concerned. The pressure of demand is immense. But
before they are ready to conclude a contract, investors expect
precise market information and excellent advice.
Atisreal Retail Services offers you professional services to
facilitate your success in the retail property sector. Letting
shop premises, supporting chain store operators in their
expansion processes, advising investors regarding retail
objects and portfolios, centre management and retail con-
sulting – those are our core skills. We talk every day to rep-
resentatives of the most important retail companies about
the latest market trends. The result: optimum successes in
the field of letting! Together with our colleagues from the
international Atisreal Group, we serve a large number of
important investors acquiring real estate in Germany. So we
are used to providing professional, international-standard
implementation.
Information is the prerequisite for success. That is why we
have compiled this market report: to help you in your day-
to-day work. And of course the entire team of Atisreal Retail
Services is always at your disposal. To make sure that your
business thrives too!
Yours cordially,
Christoph Meyer

including the Karstadt "Weltstadthaus") is to be erected on
Limbecker Platz by 2008/2009 in two construction phases.
And then there is the 3do (69,000 m2
rental space) by the
Central Station in Dortmund, due to open in 2008/2009. Dort-
mund's main passing-trade location, Westenhellweg, isn't
idle either: in March 2005, men's outfitter Pohland (Douglas
Group) launched its new store concept after this branch had
been extended to 2,000 m2

Weltstadthauses). Das 3do am Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof
(69.000 m2
2.000 m2
erweiterten Filiale umgesetzt.
