Q1. Considering the decisions you have made so far about your career choice,
explain what has influenced your decisions, including: 
Family Background: -My grandfather was the first educations commissioner of
republic India, my father who is an army officer long back have taught army
officer and even at times he do take up guest courses in army for officer, So
somewhere teaching have always attractive in our gens, so somewhat I feel a little
positive influence for the love for teaching.

Your academic achievements: - I strongly feel my multiple graduations and Post
graduations are my biggest achievements, beside this I do have gold medalsin
academics, Innovations Award, Grooming Award, Presentation, Time
Management, group dance and Certifications in Schengen Visa regulations, Visa
Categories, Entry Conditions and Security Features, Coordinator in SCOP Team at
IILM, Part of SAAR Team at IILM & Document and Visa Advisor by Federal
Police of Germany.

Any key individuals involved: -My fatheras whenever and wherever he go in and
around and the type of respect he gets and when his students even meets me and
tell me about how great my father is and the amount of knowledge he have is
incredible, it actually makes me feel completely flourish and just one word comes
in my mind “Teaching the most honorable service in the world”.

Anything else that you feel is of relevance: - I’m completely driven up by the
personality of a professor the way they give lectures and the force of speech which
they deliver and earns respect by the students and where ever they go.


What you have learnt about yourself: - I learn about my skills and ability in deeper
way, I become stronger in my strong areas and also have worked on my weakness and
had able to overcome many of them. I have learned about many more things like time
management, how much you can diversify your abilities, how to control your
emotions, how to put up myself in social websites, how to overall develop yourself
and many more, I also learnt about key issues of career decision making, I also
identified skills to prepare better for jobs selection, about career management skills,
presentation skills by planning and delivering presentations in groups, Managing a
Diversity at workplace, Integration of Work and Life &Building Resilience

Career options available: - My focus is to pursue my further studies and do my
PHD, now one available options to me is to do my PHD through correspondence and
get as associate/assistance faculty job in a B-school, other than this as per my work
experience all most all MBA based jobs are open to me.

What has been most beneficial to your learning: -The most beneficial to my
learning is how to make CV, how to maintain social website orderly, how to manage

3. time, about career management skills, presentation skills by planning and delivering
presentations in groups, Managing a Diversity at workplace, Integration of Work and
Life &Building Resilience

How you have approached your learning and how you have consolidated this
learning: -I improved on my time management by making To-Do list, Designed my
future plans step by step, improved my social website profile, started establishing my
network more effectively and I also improved my emotions and now I can strongly
able to control my emotions.

Any other external factors: - The other external factor I learned is from a guest
lecture by the company name Pyramid, their I learned about what all things are
important to improve career, how well you should be focused and serious about your
career, how networking helps you up, how to manage pressure and how important it is
to take risk, but to take risk doesn’t mean just go ahead its actually to go ahead with
calculated risk.
Q3 Create an Action Plan for the next 3 years, indicating the steps you will take to
progress your career ideas. Provide detail on: 
Your short term and longer term career aims: -My short term career plan is to get
good marks in my current pursuing courses i.e. MBA and MA, once through with this
prepare myself for the NET and pursue my PHD and at same time apply in B-school
for a post of associate/assistance faculty. And my long term goals are learn more with
the time get to a better post in teaching line and after an experience of about 10-15
years save some money and go ahead to my own B-school or at least a small school.

Why you will take the actions that you have proposed: - I will take the actions that
I have proposed because teaching is not just a dream for me it’s more than a dream,
it’s a passion inside my blood and this is the sector with which I’m in love with for
the past 6 years now, I’m so much passionate with this career that after my every day
of my work I give at least 2 hours daily to teach my school students at home without
charging even a single penny.

When you intend to take the actions: –
a) Short term: - Get good marks in my current courses i.e. MBA and MA
b) Medium term: - Clear NET and pursue my PHD and apply for a B-school as an
associate/assistance faculty. After finishing my PHD apply in universities.
c) Longer term: -After having a fair amount of teaching experience i.e. 10-15 years, try
saving as much money as possible look for angel investor and open my own B-school
or at least a school.

How you will carry out a range of activities to fulfill the actions: -I will try to get
good marks, study my subjects more on depth, try to search different authors on the
same topic, get good marks, prepare myself for NET and search for the colleges from
where I can pursue my PHD.

Potential barriers/challenges and how you intend to overcome these:- My
potential I can say is good marks, unless and until I won’t score good my chances to
become a faculty won’t be there at all.

What resources you will need to address gaps in knowledge, expertise or
overcome other personal/circumstantial barriers: - I think the very first think I
required to become a faculty is a good network at B-School, the other gap I feel is
lack of guidance towards my dream career I think understand of my dream career to
my expertise are still not understood. Beside this I required resources to meet this
goal, including newspaper articles, autobiographical and biographical accounts of
others’ careers, marketing myself.
