I am currently working for BOTAŞ (Turkish Petroluem Pipeline Corp) as Strategist/Expert in
International Project Department. I had my MSc degree in Strategy and International Business in the Business
School at Aston University, UK and MSc Degree in Management Science in Dokuz Eylul University Turkey. I
intend to work in special sector such as Energy, Retail, Consultancy In order to fully exploit my skills and
experience to improve myself and my company.
I have numerical and analytical skills combined with strong team-working ability, including leadership
and motivating others as well as myself to succeed. The range of projects I worked on at university and at
BOTAŞ, DB Schenker AG, Ozkan Steel and my internships significantly enhanced my project management
skills as well as my awareness of real business world. In DB Schenker AG I have created a special CRM reports
and been a part of process management project which was awarded by process excellence awards. In Ozkan
Steel I was responsible for special production department with more than 30 workers. In BOTAŞ, I am a
member of Procurement committee for “Nabucco Natural Gas Pipeline Project”, member of TANAP project
working group and now I am currently dealing with interconnector project between Turkey-Bulgaria,
Reinforcement project of LNG Facilty and preparation of Pre -feasibility report for Şırnak and Konya-Karaman
Natural Gas Pipeline Construction. Moreover, I am in technical committee of Russia-Turkey-Greece offshore
pipeline project. I am working with Gazprom, Yuksel Project, Giprospetsgaz in this project. In these projects, I
am working as expert for economic analysis, financial analysis and working with engineer for hydraulic study,
site survey etc. Although, I am not an engineer, I possess related basic engineering and technical knowledge
through these projects. Through my education and my work experiences, I have learnt to pay attention to small
detail and work collaboratively with others. Moreover, I have learnt to importance of customer to adapt and
importance of competitors to be survived. I have taken strategy based modules and I have worked individually
on energy, shale gas, natural gas, logistics, marketing, production, process management, and chaos strategies for
business and general strategic tools to reflect companies and rivals and cope with uncertainties. I have finished
my dissertation on Scenario planning and 2030 logistics scenarios main aim was create possible strategies for
plausible scenarios. In this dissertation I have used my method to apply scenario planning which pays attention
to competitors and created new business tools by combining and editing existing tools. My business experience
and my research attempts help me to focus on business strategizing in energy/logistics/manufacturing industry or
consultancy business for energy/logistics or other related business area. I would like to be a part of your
