“What three things do you think (or feel) when you see an email marked “Kimmelmail”?

                  1. File in “Arlen” folder, may need it later; But I don’t have that much time to read it
                     now

                  2. I usually disregard them, unless there is something in the subject that really piques

                     my interest. But this is true of just about all email I receive. I am usually rushed
                     when I check my inbox, and only open the mail that seems critical.
                  1. Information on library additions; Useful inks to LAL stuff; Arlen is well connected
                  2. Wow – she sends a lot of Kimmel-mail!; She must be busy looking for lots of stuff
                     for us to use; I wish I had more time to go through the links and resources that she

                  3. This could prob help me; It’s taking too long to find the point/main content right
                     now; I’ll put it in my library folder and check it out later
                  4. What's here that I can use? Cool!; Wow!; I love Arlen ... and Kimmelmail ...

                     to; Is this supposed to be for me?
                  1. I quickly look over the material; Unless I am planning a project that requires
Social Studies       Library research and desktop time...I delete it

                  1. Excited that I have mail/tools that may help me do my job better/easier; oh
                     no...helpful mail that I should file for when I need it...where should I file it? And
Visual/              will I remember where it is when I need it. I get sooo much mail I don't know
Perform. Arts        where to keep it all! ;)
                  2. What great resources to have at our disposal!; I wish I had space in my curriculum
                     to incorporate all of those great resources.
                  1. Is this going to apply to me in the Middle school or is it only for the high school?;
World Lang.          When am I going to get time to use these things/links she sends us? Or even check
                     them out?; It must be cool to be a librarian.

               1. What new interesting information is Arlen sending now; I hope that Arlen is
                  sending information about materials I can use in my classroom; I appreciate that
                  Arlen takes the time to send information that I can use with my students since so
                  many other e-mails I receive have nothing to do with the student population I teach
               2. I have passed some of the websites on to my daughter-in-laws for my grands or the
Spec. Ed.
                  math ones on to my sister for my niece's benefit. I know my sister was most
                  appreciative!; I have saved some of them in case I need them for future reference; I
                  personally appreciate and admire all your efforts, Arlen!
               3. What has she thought of now? :) ; I know this will be useful and interesting; How
                  can I use this to help my kids?
               1. Open It. Read It. Smile. Delete It.

                  reputation…to send up to date , cutting edge information! 

Please be honest… Thanks, Arlen” 1. File in “Arlen” folder, may need it later; But I don’t have that much time to read it now Career/ 2. I usually disregard them, unless there is something in the subject that really piques Technol. Ed. my interest. But this is true of just about all email I receive. I am usually rushed when I check my inbox, and only open the mail that seems critical. 1. Information on library additions; Useful inks to LAL stuff; Arlen is well connected 2. Wow – she sends a lot of Kimmel-mail!; She must be busy looking for lots of stuff for us to use; I wish I had more time to go through the links and resources that she English sends. 3. This could prob help me; It’s taking too long to find the point/main content right now; I’ll put it in my library folder and check it out later 4. What's here that I can use? Cool!; Wow!; I love Arlen ... and Kimmelmail ... 1. I would know that it came from you and open it. Family & Consmr. Sci. Health/ P.E. 1. Must be intellectual information; Probably contains helpful info to use in Math classroom; Professional 1. I will at least look at it; I have a 20% of using it; It will probably be of some use if someone shows me how to use it Science 2. Educational stuff; Thank god she’s reading policies, cause I never seem to be able to; Is this supposed to be for me? 1. I quickly look over the material; Unless I am planning a project that requires Social Studies Library research and desktop time...I delete it 1. Excited that I have mail/tools that may help me do my job better/easier; oh no...helpful mail that I should file for when I need it...where should I file it? And Visual/ will I remember where it is when I need it. I get sooo much mail I don't know Perform. Arts where to keep it all! ;) 2. What great resources to have at our disposal!; I wish I had space in my curriculum to incorporate all of those great resources. 1. Is this going to apply to me in the Middle school or is it only for the high school?; World Lang. When am I going to get time to use these things/links she sends us? Or even check them out?; It must be cool to be a librarian.

What new interesting information is Arlen sending now; I hope that Arlen is sending information about materials I can use in my classroom; I appreciate that Arlen takes the time to send information that I can use with my students since so many other e-mails I receive have nothing to do with the student population I teach 2. I have passed some of the websites on to my daughter-in-laws for my grands or the Spec. Ed. math ones on to my sister for my niece's benefit. I know my sister was most appreciative!; I have saved some of them in case I need them for future reference; I personally appreciate and admire all your efforts, Arlen! 3. What has she thought of now? :) ; I know this will be useful and interesting; How can I use this to help my kids? 1. Open It. Read It. Smile. Delete It. Guidance 2. Media/Good Reads update; Just an FYI Information on a student 1. Valuable information, useful resources, something else to benefit staff 2. The Media Specialist; Information Gu Ru; Energetic Administration 3. The song you sing with your name; That the item will be cutting edge; That it will no doubt be something useful to staff/ students….because that is your reputation…to send up to date , cutting edge information! 
