Our vision is to create and provide services that minimize daily transit time, integrating
them to existing public transportation services, using renewable energy sources and
developing smart ways of generating, storing and using energy; creating more
independence and freedom to individuals, empowering them to transform the society
into a human-environmental focused ecosystem.

3. Problem
In a world trying to address emissions reduction and avoid traffic Problem,
the growth of car sharing companies and ride services like Uber, ZipCar,
GetAround, Lyft and others is exponential. But no vehicles where designed
to provide this service in an efficient and cost effective way.
This industry lacks a system of interconnected electric vehicles that: can
drive themselves from the end of a ride to the beginning of the next one,
can make around 350 miles per day maintaining performance for a 5 year
period, are able to be fully charged in a short period of time, are easy to
be repaired in a crash situation and are easy to clean.

4. Business Model
•Supply electric vehicle integrated systems to service providers in the market like
Uber, Get Around, Lyft, zip Car and others like university and corporate
campuses, as well as military bases and underserved communities.
•Be responsible for maintenance and system updates.
•Create system pilot projects around the country in order to proof the concept
and be able to expand sales.
•Continue to prototype other developments created to complete public
transportation integration with clean and efficient vehicles.

5. Our Solution
Provide an integrated transportation system including high efficiency public
vehicles into a full geographic coverage attending service, satisfying demand
over last mile need.
Manufacture developed public transportation electric vehicles with the following
characteristics: low weight, low energy use, high efficiency and economic energy
storage capacity, driver less ready technology installed, communication
integration system, energy generation devices to serve amenities, low
maintenance and easy interior cleaning.
Use silicon graphene battery technology in combination with induction fast
charge energy supply.
Manufacture vehicle structures with high tech composite materials
guaranteeing low weight.

6. Technology
•We integrate in an innovative way, proven: materials, parts and systems from
aerospace, energy and automotive industries.
•A unique design system had been created and proven to reduce car making
development from 160 million to 2.5 million and time from an average of 6 years
to only 2 years.
•Silicon Graphene batteries, high tech composites, aerospace avionics, state of
the art sensors and performance measurable driver less software are part of an
international effort, leaded by our company.

7. Marketing and Sales
•As our clients list is related to the new sustainable transportation industry,
creating pilots to be shown and collect data for use statistics and cost records
is fundamental.
•This pilots should focus on institutions with internal people movement like
universities, military bases and corporative campuses, as these are also
important in our clients base.
•Sales should be expanded over direct contact to these type of clients
described in the Business Model, trying to expand pilots to be able to show
and demonstrate.

•Our competition is car makers.
•They are still trying to get adapted to the electric world, figuring out how is
this new world of designing vehicles with electric drive logic.
•Their business Model is still focused on selling vehicles to individuals, so
their designs are done with the same business logic than their previous
internal combustion motor models.
•Integrated fleet systems isn’t in their radar right now…
•But they are powerful and big, which also means slow, good for us.

•Eduardo Javier Muñoz, CEO, entrepreneur and International Business professional
with experience in the field since 1994, large experience in international business and
product development, with 10 years in Brazil related to Amazon products and
important sustainable development ORGs.
Miguel Angel Bravo, Chairman, large experience entrepreneur and inventor with
several prizes and companies for more than 25 years.
Entrepreneur of the plastics industry, metalworking, automotive and entertainment.
Since joining the faculty (17 years) I offer design and production services. Create the
Study of Architecture Design and Communication Arq Bravo and Associates.
Innovation Management, through all stages of product engineering and
production processes. Compliance with all the traditional steps related to venture
capital (3F, Angels Investors, Venture Capital, IPO).

concept vehicles in aerospace and automotive industries at Metalcrafters.
Marcelo Gaffoglio, specialist in prototype developing with 30 year experience,
former Indy Car driver, has a special approach over the driving experience and
vehicle design.
Pedro Campo, chassis development legend, more than 40 years experience.

13. Status andTimeline
•We are ready to face the last stage of working prototypes, homologations and
system testing. We count with certified budgets from suppliers and all
developments done, between 4 to 6 months for having a working prototype;
which will allow us to make the last corrections in the direction of homologate
the vehicle as a street legal car.
•The production of NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicles) pre-series can start
about 30 days from Prototype presentation (about 7 months from funding).
•Sales will start with prototype presentation, for later delivery.
•High scale production (5,000 per year) will begin after full homologation
obtained as a street legal car, about 24 months from this stage beginning.

•A high efficient vehicle, with zero emissions and low footprint is needed to
attend the Sustainable Transportation demand to cover last mile services.
•Our Rod On covers all the needs and delivers driver less technology thinking on
public transportation efficiency, not as a luxury accessory.
•5 MM dollars are needed for establishing operations and deliver a working
prototype with high end technology, demonstrating we can deliver our claims,
without doubts and in record timing, only 6 months.
•Additional 45 million are needed to get into production stage with fully
homologated vehicles as street legal cars.

transportation, TODAY.
