This guide outlines some possible benefits for implementing the Lead Doctors
system internally for your company – these are general suggestions, however we
would like the opportunity to conduct a more thorough analysis of your requirements,
so that we may provide more specific assessment.
As a successful event company, we feel you are an ideal fit for partnership. We
understand how busy you are, and as such we have designed our programs to be as
easy as possible to get started with. You will have complete control over how much
time and effort you spend on Lead Doctors.
After reviewing our partner options, we would like to set up an initial call and demo to
show you how the system works and which program is best suited to your needs.
THE PARTNER PROGRAMS
Our two standard Partner Programs – The Referral Program and The Reseller
Program are outlined in this guide. However, we are always willing to discuss
customizing a program for your specific requirements. So please let us know if there
is something you want to change, add, or remove.

built a multi-phase program that goes beyond just a software solution. We help you
master lead nurturing, expand your service offering and build a repeatable process

New revenue channel
Our partnerships are structured to provide an additional revenue stream for your
company based on the level of involvement you choose. Those details are outlined in
this guide, however we believe that one size fits all solutions don’t always work for
everyone and are always willing to discuss customizing our programs.
Deliver + retain
We are here to support our Partners. You will have a dedicated account manager
who will provide the support you need to achieve success. Partners receive training
and coaching along with access to sales documents and marketing resources. We
make sure that we deliver so that both you and your clients are happy.

WHO ITS FOR
1. Small to mid-size consultancy, business development and marketing companies.
2. Companies who are interested in an additional revenue stream that is easy, and
requires minimal internal input and internal resources.
3. Companies who offer complementary services and could add Lead Doctors to
their existing services.
4. Companies who don’t have the internal resources to manage Lead Doctors
services for their clients, but still want to offer the system.
HOW IT WORKS
1. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will handle the contracts for your
partner account.
2. Your account manager will work with you to close all subscription deals by
providing sales support including product demonstrations, sales resources, trial
software set up, and technical support.
3. Once a subscription deal has been closed, your Account Manager will work with
the client to get them set up and start implementing the specific requirements for
the package they purchased.
4. That’s it. We do all the implementation work, account management, technical
support and training.
5. You collect commission on the monthly subscriptions you bring in, which is paid
out quarterly. The commission rate you receive will depend on how many clients
you bring in, (see next page).
6. Sell on your terms, there is never any obligation or expectations placed on you.
The amount of commission is entirely dependant on you and how much or how
little time you want to dedicate.

Once you bring in a certain number of monthly subscriptions, we will give you a free
internal account. Because we offer 3 packages with different price points, any
combination of package subscriptions will count toward your free account.

2. We ask that you provide a company logo so that we can add your company to
our list of partners.
CANCELLATION
1. You can cancel your Partner Agreement at any time, we just ask that if you are
no longer interested in being a Lead Doctors Partner that you get in touch with
us.
2. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with any Partner that does not
comply with the terms and conditions set out. Such as misrepresenting Lead
Doctors, misconduct etc.

HOW IT WORKS
1. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will handle the contracts for your
partner account.
2. Your Account Manager will provide the training, resources and materials to get
your team trained on the platform and ready to implement for your clients.
3. Your account manager will work with you to provide support, answer questions
and fix any technical issues that may arise.
4. The software can be white labelled using your company logo and information.
5. All program templates and resources can also be white labelled using your logo
and company information.
6. Your Account Manager can also act as part of your internal team to provide sales
and client support if required.
7. Monthly subscription costs are discounted to you, and you can choose to resell to
your clients at whatever price you wish. (see next page).
8. Sell on your terms, there is never any obligation or expectations placed on you.
The discount you receive will depend on the volume of clients you bring in.

Companies who don’t have the internal resources to manage Lead Doctors services for their clients, but still want to offer the system. HOW IT WORKS 1. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will handle the contracts for your partner account. 2. Your account manager will work with you to close all subscription deals by providing sales support including product demonstrations, sales resources, trial software set up, and technical support. 3. Once a subscription deal has been closed, your Account Manager will work with the client to get them set up and start implementing the specific requirements for the package they purchased. 4. That’s it. We do all the implementation work, account management, technical support and training. 5. You collect commission on the monthly subscriptions you bring in, which is paid out quarterly. The commission rate you receive will depend on how many clients you bring in, (see next page). 6. Sell on your terms, there is never any obligation or expectations placed on you. The amount of commission is entirely dependant on you and how much or how little time you want to dedicate.
