•   Login screen: identify clearly on what services a user is logged in on
•   Only use images when there’s an added value
•   Video: print title, short description and duration
•   Use the possibilities of mobile – address & phone numbers should
    be clickable
•   In the navigation foresee clear and descriptive terminology
•   TEST TEST TEST is the new ‘think before you speak’
