2. The House :
Green Farm is owned and lived in by MaryAnn and
Martin Richmond­Coggan and their 2 dogs. It is a
beautiful Grade 2 listed country home with 7
bedrooms and 4 bathrooms set in 25 acres of
paddocks and woods in Shadoxhurst, Kent.
THE FARM :
Green Farm is run as an active smallholding with an
established vegetable garden, egg­laying chickens and
ducks, various livestock and crops. We raise our own
beef, lamb and pork. We are working to improve the
neglected ancient woodland, which is also home to a
pheasant shoot. Protected wildlife abounds in the
grounds including owls, bats and voles.

3. THE FOOD :
All the food is home cooked and much of it is home grown, the
emphasis on healthy but tasty and sating food, giving you
ideas to take home.
Breakfasts include Kathryn’s smoothie, home grown eggs,
homemade bread, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Lunches include
dishes such as poached salmon, mackerel, tortilla, sweet
potato or chick pea soups, salads, couscous salad. Dinners
include dishes such as chicken Marengo, prawn curry, boeuf
bourguignon, pheasant stew, harissa turkey, bbq garlic
prawns or haloumi skewers all served with home grown
vegetables and new potatoes or rice.

4. TRAINER :
Kathryn Freeland, one of London’s top celebrity personal trainers, has
specially designed two daily sessions which take place outdoors (shelter
is available) in the woods and clearings using nature for exercise areas
and equipment.
EXERCISE :
The exercise is balanced and designed to send you home feeling
rejuvenated, not exhausted, and inspired to continue exercising.
OUTDOORS :
We exercise outdoors as it gives great benefits including: burning more
calories, strengthening the core, decreasing chance of injury, costing less,
more motivating, stimulating, stress relieving and can be done anywhere.
