Consultant Profile Ahmad Sultan Abdulla, our managing Consultant has over 20 years of human resources experience in various roles at several multinational organizations such as Malaysian Airlines, ICI Tioxide, American Express Asia, Volvo Asia Pacific, BP Asia Pacific, and very recently at GHD Asia. He has been working at senior level leadership teams across the Asia Pacific region in areas covering Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Training, Strategic Resourcing, Talent Management and Industrial Relations. He graduated from Middlesex University, London, UK in LLB and pursued an MBA at the University of Sterling, Scotland, UK. He also attended Courses in Strategic HR and Leading Change conducted by Professors Dave Ulrich and Wayne Brockbank from University of Michigan and Dot Griffith from Imperial College. He has also attained a diploma from Volvo Group Finance Business program from Handleshogskolan, Stockholm ( Stockholm School Of Economics) and from Asian Institute Of Management , Manila in Human Skills Behaviors program. He is an accredited user for SHL assessment tools and feedback coach , as well as for Thomas International personality profile and job analysis. He is accredited trainer for Leadership Programs such as Situational Leadership, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Zenger Millar Frontline Leadership and several other programs. He is also a certified 360 0 feedback coach. He has facilitated several leadership level meetings, conducted trainings programs and coached in multi nations for Australians, Chinese (including Hong Kong), Indonesians, Indians, Japanese, Koreans, Malaysian, Philippines, Pakistanis, Sri Lankans Vietnamese, and UK nationalities.
