agement of their operations in connection with General Sales Agents (GSA). This solution provides full support
of all the transactions handled with GSAs from the flight ticket sales to the fulfillment of the commitments to sup-
pliers all the way to the end of the financial settlement. Because sales revenues are generally higher than the
level of liabilities, and the airline receives its revenue later, business transactions are fraught with several risks
carried out by GSAs. This system helps to reduce this risk significantly.
