Anémie sévère = problème de santé majeur
Importance primordiale du taux très bas d’hémoglobine chez les
enfants:
- associé au polyparasitisme, à la malnutrition, accès répétés
- une des premières causes de mortalité en zone de forte
endémicité (v/s neurologique en zone de faible endémicité)
La prise en charge ? Fer ? Transfusion ?
