Objectives
•To Develop A Wearable Light Device/Garment Able To:
Measure Specific Vital Signs Of Healthy Elderly Persons
Detect Adverse Events Such As Falls
Communicate Automatically In Real Time With Carers In Case Of An Emergency, Wherever The Elderly Person Happens To Be, At Home Or Outside.
•To Identify Which Vital Signs And Patterns Are More Relevant In Determining Probable Critical States Of Elderly Persons.
•To Enable The Secure Monitoring Of Individuals, Managed By A Caretaker Who Can Promote Raised Events To An Emergency Service Such As 112 (If Required)
•To Create Social Teleassistance Servces That Can Be Easily Operated By Its Users
