Having worked in the education sector for nearly 20 years, New
York-based Autumn Graves is a seasoned school administrator and
educator. She is currently earning her doctorate in higher education
management from the University of Pennsylvania. Aside from her
responsibilities in the academe, Autumn Graves is also actively
involved in various educational initiatives within her community.

In 2012, Graves became a member of the World Class Education and
Talent Development Strategy Team for World Class Philadelphia, a
business-and civic led development initiative. The team is composed
of 28 leaders from various educational institutions who are
committed in developing a world-class curriculum for the Greater
Philadelphia region.

The team's Global Positioning Strategy was discussed in the 2013
World Class Summit held in March this year. By improving early
learning and the K-12 system, the team hopes to equip every
student with necessary 21st century skills to make them globallycompetitive and workforce-ready right after graduation.
