Currently in process of divorce. My name is on (Florida) deed but not on the mor
rtgage. Spouse declared bankrupcy and has stopped paying mortgage payments. Am I
able to purchase the home I currently live in with my children at the current m
arket prior to it going into foreclosure (current homes in area are $200K, curre
