Hot Tea Brewing Instructions
1. Place 1 teaspoon of High Grown Assam Tea for each cup into the
teapot.
2. Pour freshly boiled water (212° F) into the teapot.
3. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes according to taste (the longer the
steeping time the stronger the tea).
4. Pour the tea into your cup straining the tea leaves.
Optional: Add lemon, milk, and sweetener as desired.
Iced Tea Brewing Instructions (makes 1 liter/quart)
1. Place 6 teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher.
2. Pour 1 1/4 cups of freshly boiled water over the tea.

Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water.
Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the tea leaves.
Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water.
