1. • 3 medium
courgettes

onion
• 250g. of rice
• 1l. of milk
• Salt and pepper
• 200g. of grated
cheese
• 2 spoonfuls of
olive oil

2. 1. First wash the courgette
and cut it into small cubes.
2. Then peel the onion and cut it
very small

3. 3. Put the courgette and the
onion into the a tray and add
the milk, the rice, the salt, the
pepper, the 2 spoonfuls of
olive oil and the half of the
grated cheese. Mix it well .
4. Cover the mixture with the
other half of the grated cheese
and put it in the oven for 30-35
minutes.
