#2: Revenue (multiple sources, channels, how much,
who buys, how much do you charge?)
#3: Go to Market Plan (direct, indirect, B2C and B2B)
#4: Differentiation and value proposition (what makes
you special and hard to copy?)
#5: Tap in to your networks (and others) and get your
first deal…. (expect to pivot)
