Evaluation of equipment used
1. Evaluation of equipment used
I have used Adobe Premiere pro CS3
to edit my film on a PC. This is a
print screen of my editing in
action. I have found the software
relatively easy to use and edit my
film successfully although it has
been slow to start up initially and
has sometimes displayed my work as
being ‘offline’ causing only minor
disruption to my film.
Here is the equipment that I have used
to shoot the film. I used the tripod
frequently as the shots I needed had to
be still so that the audience weren’t
distra=cted from what they were intended
to watch. I was able to shoot my film
easily with little difficulty other than
not getting the shot right and
occasionally end up with continuoity
errors which needed re-shooting to get
the result I needed.
Most of the lighting that I used for
most of the scenes were natural and
artificial lighting in the form of
ceiling lights which was all I needed.
However there were times I needed a
‘spotlight’ for the character. This
meant that in the bedroom scenes I used
a light similar to this to light up the
character more in the dark room. I found
this useful as I could place the
flexible light almost anywhere I wanted
because it could clip onto any surface
as well as the bright LED light which
hworked perfectly as a spotlight for the
shot.
