The problem is the need for expensive equipment (special nike shoes + ipod) for the log to be complete(pace, and calories). I will not advise using runner plus unless the runner already possessed the extra equipment

The three web 2.0 technologies describerd earlier are just few ones that can help a person in several aspects of his/her life. From logging the miles run during a week, to keeping up with friends in other parts of the world.
